This update fixes a major map collision bug for the first level that was preventing progression, some improvements to the main menu and improved menus in general.

This will likely be the last 1.x update while I focus on demo 2, unless I find a major bug that is.

for Demo 2 I intend to improve the story presentation and some overhaul the Training level.
